Innovative EVALANCHE e-mail marketing power at Kapsch CarrierCom

The globally active Austrian-based Kapsch CarrierCom has recently started using EVALANCHE for its e-mail communication. The goal of automating campaigns, coupled with a professional appearance was implemented within a very short space of time and represents a tangible improvement.

Areas of application

Kapsch CarrierCom uses EVALANCHE for two different areas of application.

  • For event campaigns – both internally and externally, from the first “save the date” and the actual invitation to any reminders and event reviews including the registration administration via EVALANCHE web forms.
  • For the internal communication – monthly newsletter to the employees with information about the most important events of the last four weeks and the coming months.

Further planning

The connection of EVALANCHE to a new CRM system is planned in the near future. For this, EVALANCHE also offers, in addition to connectors for SAP (certified), Salesforce and Sugar CRM, components for the rapid realisation of interfaces to other systems.
